Make Ready II Technician

The Make Ready II Technician role is onsite in Houston, TX, at $22.00 per hour. The technician supports the maintenance team at Greenridge Place, preparing vacant apartments to meet company standards before new residents move in. The role helps ensure timely apartment turnovers and supports property upkeep by completing repairs, touch-ups, and routine maintenance. It also responds to work orders and emergency requests and participates in an on-call rotation for nights and weekends.

What you'll do

• Complete repairs, replacements, and touch-ups to prepare apartments for move-in
• repair or replace appliances, fixtures, flooring, and cabinetry
• patch and paint walls, ceilings, and trim
• change locks and prepare keys
• coordinate work priorities with the Property Manager and Lead Maintenance
• respond to emergency maintenance requests and work orders
• assist with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and other routine repairs
• follow EPA and OSHA requirements for hazardous materials.
