The Building Automation Sales Account Executive – HVAC Controls role is onsite in Fort Lauderdale, FL, with a stated base salary range of $90,000–$100,000 per year plus uncapped commission. Albireo Energy is expanding sales staffing as part of its growth strategy. The Account Executive develops customer and partner relationships, identifies and sells building automation opportunities, and coordinates with operations to support profitable growth and successful project delivery.

What you'll do

• Develop relationships with end users, contractors, consulting engineers, owner accounts, and energy service companies
• assist with control-system design and specifications
• estimate material, labor, and subcontractor costs
• prepare technical proposals and presentations
• identify opportunities, negotiate pricing and scope, and sell installations, service, and maintenance
• collaborate with operations
• and work toward revenue and gross-margin targets.
