What you'll do

• Develop and execute annual sales plans and revenue targets
• recruit, hire, coach, and hold sales representatives accountable
• conduct ride-alongs and performance reviews
• analyze lost sales, competition, and market trends
• oversee territory pricing and profitability
• partner with the Regional Sales Director on best practices and operational discipline.
