Wellness Sales Consultant

Job overview

The Wellness Sales Consultant role is onsite in Austin, TX. Pay is $18 to $24 per hour, including variable compensation and bonuses. The role supports Restore Hyper Wellness’s goal of making wellness services accessible and helping clients feel better and perform at a higher level. The consultant welcomes clients, explains services, and helps them select offerings aligned with their goals. The role also supports sales performance, client onboarding, store operations, and community outreach as a brand representative.

What you'll do

• Maintain a safe, clean, welcoming environment
• communicate with clients by phone, email, and in person to promote services
• provide tours and sell packages and memberships
• explain service modalities and benefits and recommend products
• onboard clients using waivers, agreements, and profiles
• support sales and operational outcomes
• assist with lead generation, community events, social media, and business relationships
• administer non-medical and non-specialty services.
