What you'll do
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and support onboarding
- develop and oversee individualized treatment and behavior support plans

- provide parent training
- monitor progress and adjust programs using data
- maintain BACB, state, and federal compliance
- collaborate with the Area Director and clinical leadership
- support communication with funding sources as needed.
