What you'll do

• Support analysis and design sessions to gather functional and technical requirements.
• Assist in client CRM projects through assigned phases.
• Translate business requirements into documented functional and technical specifications.
• Configure, test, and deploy Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions.
• Demonstrate completed functionality to internal team members and clients.
• Maintain clear, professional communication with internal and client stakeholders.
• Mentor Consultant I team members.
• Provide urgent on-site or remote support when critical issues arise.
• Support business development efforts.
• Assist in the development of work plans, proposals, and engagement letters.

What we're looking for

Education

Undergraduate degree in Management Information Systems, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field

Experience

2-5 years of experience with software implementations
