The Landscape and Lawn Maintenance Crew Leader role is onsite in Bryan, TX, serving the Bryan–College Station area. Compensation is $17–$22 per hour. The Grounds Guys provides lawn maintenance, landscape installation, cleanup, and related property services. The crew leader works alongside and directs a landscaping crew, ensuring routes are completed efficiently and properties meet quality standards. The role contributes through hands-on maintenance, equipment care, customer communication, and safe, productive team operations.

What you'll do

• Lead and work alongside a lawn-maintenance and landscaping crew
• review routes and job instructions
• mow, edge, trim, and clean properties
• maintain flower beds and prune shrubs and small trees
• assist with installations and seasonal cleanups
• perform basic irrigation repairs
• operate landscaping equipment safely
• inspect completed work
• train and direct crew members
• maintain vehicles, tools, and equipment
• communicate customer requests and property concerns.
