What you'll do

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and employees
• follow site security procedures and policies
• respond to incidents and access-control concerns
• conduct routine and random unarmed patrols of buildings, common areas, parking, grounds, and perimeter
• verify visitor and contractor authorization
• document activity, incidents, and patrols
• report hazards, maintenance concerns, suspicious activity, and policy violations.
