The 1st Shift Maintenance Service Leader, Truck and Trailer Shop role is onsite in Saint Cloud, MN, with an anticipated base salary of $70,000–$85,000 per year, plus a position-specific performance-based incentive program. The role coordinates maintenance and repair operations to provide safe, efficient, quality service to customers of Anderson Trucking Service. The leader schedules and monitors shop work, supports technicians, and oversees preventive maintenance and repair documentation. The position helps ensure equipment meets company and Department of Transportation standards while keeping drivers and operations staff informed about service status.

What you'll do

• Coordinate installation, maintenance, and repair work by scheduling and leading technicians
• partner with the Shop Manager and Human Resources on recruiting, selection, onboarding, and training
• manage employee performance through goals, feedback, and coaching
• monitor preventive maintenance and repairs for safety and DOT compliance
• review work in progress and verify completed work
• mentor technicians on complex repairs
• ensure work orders, safety-lane tasks, and maintenance records are complete
• liaise with drivers and operations staff
• verify parts on work orders and issue requested parts
• communicate repair status
• implement safety procedures
• complete responsibilities outside normal hours as needed.
