What you'll do
- Lead, supervise, and train QC Records personnel
- audit digital documents using AirVault and other tools
- maintain maintenance and engineering controls for configuration compliance with GMM, FARs, and MIP requirements
- ensure regulatory records for aircraft, engines, and components are accurate and complete
- monitor inspection requirements and review and maintain records
- correspond with mechanics, maintenance stations, and internal teams
- ensure secure digital archiving and retention compliance
- support audits and process improvements.

Why this role
Requires at least two years of experience in aviation maintenance, technical records, or FAA documentation; at least two years of office administration experience; and at least two years in 14 CFR Part 121 air carrier maintenance or operations. High school diploma or GED required. Airframe and/or Powerplant certification and an associate degree or higher are desired. Must be authorized to work in the United States.
