Job overview

The Qualified Mental Health Professional – Community Services role is onsite in Houston, TX. Compensation is $27–$31 per hour. The role supports youth and adults through community mental health services. Working under the supervision of a Licensed Practitioner of the Healing Arts and Program Director, the professional provides rehabilitative support, case management, and therapeutic interventions that promote clients’ growth and stability in daily life.

What you'll do

• Provide targeted case management and skills training to youth and adults
• deliver psychosocial rehabilitation and medication training and support as needed
• provide supportive counseling and solution-focused interventions
• participate in crisis intervention under supervisory direction
• complete progress notes within 24 hours
• document phone, telehealth, and support-contact communications
• assist with treatment planning and service reviews
• attend meetings, training, and weekly supervision
• participate in the on-call crisis rotation.
