Regional Field Manager

Job overview

The Regional Field Manager role is in person in Georgia and based in Atlanta, GA; relocation to the program area may be required. Salary is $5,500–$6,500 per month. All on the Field runs paid canvassing and non-partisan voter engagement programs across multiple states. The manager directs field operations for an assigned area, leading canvassers, team leads, and locally recruited volunteers. The role sets area plans against program goals, manages staffing and volunteer participation, maintains non-partisan message discipline and data integrity, and reports results to the State Field Director.

What you'll do

• Run day-to-day field operations for 10 or more canvassers and team leads
• recruit, train, and manage canvassers and volunteers
• schedule volunteer shifts
• set weekly area plans and adjust turf and staffing
• verify hours
• enforce data quality and field integrity
• track production goals
• coordinate recruitment and supplies
• report area numbers daily.
