Precast Concrete Production Specialist

The Precast Concrete Production Specialist role is onsite in Wareham, MA, at the employer’s Rochester, MA production location as described in the posting. Pay is $25–$30 per hour. Shea Concrete Products manufactures precast concrete products. The specialist prepares forms and molds, fabricates and places reinforcement, and places and finishes concrete. The work supports safe, quality-focused production of precast products and may provide a path to a foreman role over time based on performance reviews.

What you'll do

• Prepare precast forms and molds for production and stripping
• clean and set up molds
• fabricate reinforcement cages and secure reinforcement in forms
• lay out and secure embeds and knockouts
• place and finish concrete
• maintain housekeeping and safety and quality practices
• operate a bridge crane after company training
• operate a forklift or Bobcat when necessary after company training.
