Honda Service Advisor

What you'll do

• Work with customers and technicians to identify required maintenance
• advise customers on necessary and recommended services
• offer additional services and repairs
• calculate parts and labor costs and estimate repairs
• enter and explain itemized estimates
• schedule appointments
• meet repair and order production standards
• maintain CSI at or above company standards
• keep the work area organized, clean, and safe
• participate in required training and follow company policies and safety rules.
