What you'll do

• Schedule proposal meetings and track deadlines
• format and assemble proposal documents
• gather resumes, project descriptions, certifications, and other content
• maintain marketing-content databases
• assist with presentations and visual materials
• collect project milestones, awards, and event highlights
• prepare marketing materials and conference displays.
