What you'll do

  • Clean assigned areas
  • wet-mop and dry floors
  • polish brass rails
  • vacuum, shampoo, and extract carpets
  • wash walls, ceilings, lights, and windows
  • remove trash
  • respond to emergency cleanup requests
  • report repair and resident safety needs
  • and collect and clean recycling barrels.
