What you'll do

• Develop and execute sales strategies
• recruit, train, coach, and manage sales representatives and account managers
• set targets and report performance
• build customer and facility decision-maker relationships
• pursue opportunities and develop bids and proposals
• coordinate sales handoffs with operations, estimating, and project management
• support divisional P&L, expenses, budget, and planning
• partner with marketing
• monitor market trends and competition
• represent the company at industry events
• ensure sales practices follow company policies, safety standards, and regulations.
