Process Technician — Injection Molding

The Process Technician — Injection Molding role is onsite in Royalton, VT, paying $26–$36 per hour based on experience, plus eight guaranteed overtime hours per week at 1.5 times the regular rate. Great Bay Staffing Group is recruiting for a medical-device manufacturing team in a GMP-regulated production environment. The technician sets up, operates, and optimizes injection molding processes to maintain product quality and production needs. The role supports reliable manufacturing through quality checks, documentation, troubleshooting, process audits, and collaboration with engineering teams.

What you'll do

• Set up, operate, and optimize injection molding machines, molds, and materials
• perform quality checks and maintain GMP-compliant documentation
• troubleshoot molding and auxiliary equipment
• start new jobs
• conduct process audits and uphold 5S standards
• monitor scrap and material flow
• handle mold sets and pulls
• submit maintenance requests
• analyze production data
• and support or mentor junior team members when leading shift operations.

Why this role

Rotating 12-hour schedule options: A shift, Sun–Tue and every other Wed, 6 AM–6 PM; B shift, Sun–Tue and every other Wed, 6 PM–6 AM; C shift, Thu–Sat and every other Wed, 6 AM–6 PM; D shift, Thu–Sat and every other Wed, 6 PM–6 AM. Shift placement depends on openings.
