What you'll do
- Set up and operate CNC lathes and mills
- interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and CAD data
- adjust offsets, tools, feeds, and speeds to maintain quality
- perform preventive maintenance and diagnose issues
- follow safety and quality standards
- collaborate with engineering and production to improve processes
- train and mentor junior machinists.
