Quality Supervisor

What you'll do

• Supervise, coach, schedule, evaluate, and develop quality personnel
• coordinate inspection, testing, product release, and quality control
• monitor quality metrics and lead corrective actions
• investigate nonconforming material, complaints, and process deviations
• maintain quality, inspection, and calibration records
• support audits
• partner with production and other functions to resolve issues
• train employees on quality standards and inspection methods.
