What you'll do

• Coordinate project activities for nationwide ADA assistive technology deployments and installations
• liaise with stakeholders, vendors, and project teams
• prepare project communications, meeting summaries, status reports, executive summaries, and variance reporting
• maintain schedules, trackers, action logs, risk registers, and project documentation
• monitor milestones and escalate risks, issues, and dependencies
• manage SharePoint organization and access control
• analyze performance data and recommend delivery improvements
• coordinate meetings and track budgets, timelines, and resource utilization.
