What you'll do

• Collaborate with Producers to analyze client needs, coverage forms, and quotations
• manage group accounts of 5–200 employees
• oversee account management and compliance
• schedule and lead client meetings
• prepare new-business and renewal presentations
• process renewals and applications
• review invoices and policy changes
• respond to client inquiries
• support account retention.
