What you'll do

• Assist the agency’s business goals under mutually agreed expectations
• provide prompt, accurate, friendly customer service on insurance availability, eligibility, coverage, policy changes, transfers, claims, and billing
• use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options
• communicate effectively to meet customer needs and support business development.
