The on-call period runs Monday at 8:00 AM through Friday at 8:00 PM. The role supports Embark Care’s last-minute staffing needs. The caregiver provides coverage for short-notice assignments and supports clients with personal care and daily living needs. Flexibility across changing schedules, locations, and client needs helps the agency maintain continuity of care.

What you'll do

• Remain available throughout the weekday on-call period and return office calls within 15 minutes
• report to assigned cases within the timeframe provided
• provide hands-on personal care, transfers, dementia and memory care support, meal preparation, light housekeeping, companionship, and daily living assistance as assigned
• cover last-minute absences and emergency staffing needs
• complete wellness visits, introductions, home visits, paperwork delivery, and office tasks as assigned.
