Client Success and Inside Sales Specialist

What you'll do

• Monitor HubSpot emails and incoming calls and respond within one hour or less during business hours
• deliver internally prepared quotes and estimates and manage follow-up
• coordinate with technical researchers to obtain quotes on schedule
• deliver final search results
• onboard clients
• pursue upsell and new-business opportunities
• serve as a primary contact by phone, email, and video
• maintain HubSpot records and campaigns
• track interactions, proposals, and campaign results
• collaborate with researchers and leadership.

Why this role
