The Armature Winder — 1st Shift role is onsite in Minneapolis, MN, on the Winding Team. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.; pay is $20.00–$24.00 per hour. What you'll do
- Wind stators and rotors to engineering specifications
- perform layout operations
- assemble temperature-sensing devices
- measure, configure, and insert slot insulation
- braze or solder connections
- insulate connections and leads
- perform in-process electrical tests and assist with final inspections
- carry out turbo and exciter rotor winding operations
- read blueprints, work instructions, processes, and bills of materials
- and work in other Winding Team skills-matrix areas as applicable.
