What you'll do

• Provide classroom coverage and deliver school- or lead-teacher-provided standards-aligned lessons
• adapt to teaching across grade levels and subjects
• build relationships with students, families, and teammates
• support classroom culture and de-escalate student behaviors
• attend staff meetings, professional development, and planning and feedback meetings
• implement coaching and feedback
• assist with daily student activities and assigned arrival, lunch, transition, and dismissal duties
• support school events.
