• Service and maintain major types of HVAC equipment
• retrofit and repair environmental-comfort systems
• diagnose and repair units using tools and specifications
• perform preventive maintenance, site surveys, replacements, and modifications
• prepare for installations and repairs
• inspect vehicles and equipment
• document work and costs
• provide customer technical support and site training
• maintain safe work practices
• travel as required, including some overnight travel.
