What you'll do

• Lead the restaurant team daily in partnership with Assistant General Managers and General Managers
• delegate routines and tasks
• support training and development
• help with opening and closing, food orders, inventory, and cash handling
• support food safety and cleanliness
• model sound decisions and help resolve issues
• support shift deployment and guest service.
