Entry-Level IT Technician

What you'll do

• Handle help desk tickets, walk-ups, phone calls, and Teams messages
• troubleshoot hardware, software, applications, printers, and network connectivity
• assign tickets to appropriate IT team members
• install and terminate Ethernet cable when needed
• escalate unresolved issues to Tier 2
• collaborate with the IT team
• follow IT policies and security practices
• participate in an on-call rotation.
