What you'll do

• Manage projects from preconstruction through closeout
• plan sequencing, staffing, equipment, materials, subcontractors, and logistics with field leadership
• manage budgets, forecasts, change management, billing, and financial performance
• maintain schedules
• monitor productivity
• coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers
• review drawings and contracts
• procure project resources
• manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and documentation
• communicate with clients
• support safety, quality, turnover, and closeout.
