What you'll do

• Provide responsive care for infants’ developmental and emotional needs
• follow individual feeding, diapering, and sleeping schedules and safe sleep practices
• support milestones through age-appropriate activities and the L.E.A.P. Curriculum
• observe and share children’s progress
• communicate with families
• collaborate with teachers and center leadership
• and follow Texas childcare licensing and safety requirements.

Why this role
