What you'll do

• Launch the Skilled WV site and establish its program model, workflows, and local presence
• set goals and track milestones
• build employer, education, recovery, reentry, and community partnerships
• recruit and enroll students
• coach participants and connect them with supports
• coordinate training and job placement
• maintain student records and funding compliance
• analyze progress and report outcomes
• hire, train, and supervise staff as the program grows.
