What you'll do

• Manage the entire shop operation and P&L, including food costs, labor efficiency, guest experience, and sales
• collaborate with the Bagel Sous on quality assurance and guest feedback
• manage initiatives and launches
• uphold culinary and Department of Health standards
• troubleshoot technology and ordering platforms
• interact with guests and delivery drivers
• document employee relations matters
• recruit, hire, and onboard staff
• collaborate on development and succession plans
• communicate updates and goals through daily communications and meetings.
