Senior Floating Maintenance Manager

What you'll do

• Support and oversee maintenance operations at multiple apartment communities
• lead, train, and mentor Maintenance Managers and Service Technicians
• troubleshoot HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance, carpentry, and general maintenance issues
• assist with capital projects, renovations, bids, vendor management, and budgeting
• ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and regulations
• participate in on-call and emergency maintenance coverage
• travel throughout North Carolina, Virginia, and Georgia.

Why this role
