What you'll do

• Prepare pastries, breads, desserts, and other café items using established recipes
• measure, mix, portion, shape, bake, decorate, and finish products
• plan daily production, maintain food safety and sanitation, clean equipment and work areas, monitor ingredient levels, and coordinate with culinary and café teams.
