What you'll do

• Provide and oversee nursing assessments, triage, medication reconciliation and administration, monitoring, and other nursing interventions
• supervise and develop RNs and LPNs
• coordinate nursing assignments and coverage
• provide hands-on nursing coverage when needed
• collaborate on treatment plans, handoffs, discharge planning, and referrals
• promote medication safety, infection prevention, and emergency preparedness
• review documentation, incidents, medication errors, and quality indicators.
