What you'll do

• Assist customers with motorcycle part identification, merchandise location, special orders, returns, and exchanges
• resolve customer concerns and follow up
• perform cashiering under company cash-handling procedures
• monitor for shoplifting
• maintain and stock sales and cashiering areas
• shelve new stock and communicate sales trends to buyers
• answer and direct calls
• prepare damaged-merchandise tags
• follow company and department policies.
