Remote Intensive Outpatient Program Therapist (LPCC, LISW, IMFT)

The Remote Intensive Outpatient Program Therapist role is fully remote. Compensation is not specified. The full-time, 40-hour-per-week position supports Steadfast Health’s substance use disorder care services. The schedule includes required evening coverage Monday through Thursday, 5:00–8:00 PM ET, with the remaining 25 hours during Monday–Friday daytime business hours, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM. The therapist provides evidence-based individual and group care to people with substance use disorders, helping patients pursue recovery through assessment, treatment planning, crisis support, and coordination with clinical colleagues. The role also supports accessible, patient-centered care through timely documentation, education, and participation in case consultation and continuing education.

What you'll do

• Provide individual and group telehealth therapy
• conduct biopsychosocial assessments and develop treatment plans
• use evidence-based modalities including CBT, MI, and DBT
• collaborate with clinic team members on care plans
• support crisis intervention and higher levels of care
• maintain compliant documentation
• educate patients and families
• participate in case consultations, team meetings, and continuing education.
