What you'll do

• Meet with students in small groups and one-to-one when needed
• analyze state, district, and classroom data
• provide activities and instructional strategies to improve achievement
• review student performance and develop support plans
• maintain student records and schedules
• advise parents about student progress
• attend and administer state assessments in person
• support benchmark assessment administration and reporting
• provide documentation and tracking tools
• engage students and families through calls, texts, emails, and in-person events.
