Physical Therapist Clinic Director

The Physical Therapist Clinic Director role is onsite in Winchester, VA, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., 40 hours per week. The annual salary range is $100,000–$110,000. What you'll do

• Provide one-on-one physical therapy
• lead clinical care at the clinic
• evaluate patients and develop personalized treatment plans
• treat patients across age groups and referral sources
• use manual therapy, movement, strengthening, and education
• document in Athena Health
• support clinic outreach and caseload growth
• work independently without aides or technicians.
