The Human Resources Operations and Benefits Analyst role is hybrid-eligible in Chicago, IL, and pays $55,000–$65,000 per year. Anixter Center serves more than 7,000 people with disabilities and behavioral health challenges, including people who are Deaf, DeafBlind, and Hard of Hearing. This newly created role strengthens HR operations by maintaining accurate employee data, administering benefits processes, and turning workforce information into useful reporting. The analyst partners with Payroll, Finance, and IT to support staff and help leadership plan and meet compliance needs.

What you'll do

• Administer the HRIS, troubleshoot user issues, monitor onboarding and termination workflows, and conduct data audits
• respond to benefits questions and process enrollments, qualifying life events, COBRA notices, and retirement deferral changes
• help lead open enrollment
• reconcile carrier invoices with HRIS and payroll records
• prepare workforce reports and analyses
• prepare data for ACA, EEO-1, and retirement plan filings
• streamline processes, automate spreadsheet tasks, and write SOPs.
