What you'll do

• Promote health education in the community
• assess interest and eligibility for program participation
• conduct scheduled educational sessions and event outreach
• identify outreach and class locations
• provide referrals for medical, social, and emotional support
• update curricula and resource directories
• attend community and agency meetings and outreach events
• assist with orienting new Health Educators
• prepare program activity and patient reports.
