What you'll do

• Process and classify invoices in accounting software
• verify approvals and code invoices to the correct general ledger account and entity
• prepare vendor payments and schedule payment runs
• resolve purchase order, contract, invoice, and payment discrepancies
• reconcile vendor statements
• maintain accurate records
• calculate and report applicable sales tax
• and assist with accounting and administrative duties. The posting requires a high school diploma or GED, three to five years of accounts payable experience, one to two years with Restaurant 365, Microsoft Excel proficiency, and hospitality or restaurant accounting experience.
