• Support the Store Manager in store operations and assume management functions in the manager’s absence
• drive sales plans and key performance indicators with a customer-first approach
• help plan events, marketing activities, and visual presentations
• resolve customer concerns
• support recruiting, training, coaching, and accountability
• maintain keyholding, loss prevention, cleanliness, and safety standards
• execute corporate directives.
