What you'll do

• Provide customer service
• answer calls and direct callers
• use software to locate records and enter passes
• monitor and authorize vehicle and pedestrian access
• patrol properties and identify safety issues
• respond to traffic, medical, alarm, wildlife, and emergency calls
• complete incident reports
• monitor cameras
• provide shuttle service
• assist with traffic control and island closure or reopening during emergencies.
