Account Manager

What you'll do

• Process sales orders and schedule delivery calls
• visit current and prospective customers
• communicate completed invoices to the corporate office
• inspect the delivery vehicle
• maintain inventory
• report daily activities
• respond to customer inquiries and complaints
• demonstrate equipment and diagnose issues
• coordinate repairs and conduct minor field repairs when appropriate
• obtain approval for equipment placements
• provide product training
• manage returns and pickups
• assist with sales reporting and customer payment concerns.

Why this role
