What you'll do

• Provide first-contact onsite and remote technical support
• diagnose user issues involving supported hardware, software, and networking
• research, resolve, and follow up on computer and software problems
• install and configure hardware and software
• maintain hardware and software inventory and license records
• support end users across the IT infrastructure
• coordinate with supervisors on new systems, projects, and upgrades
• escalate issues that cannot be resolved individually.
