Customer Service Account Specialist

The Customer Service Account Specialist role is hybrid in Bridgewater, NJ, with two to three days per week in the office and a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. Compensation is $25–$29 per hour. System One provides workforce solutions and outsourced services to clients. The specialist serves as a customer point of contact, manages customer interactions and cases, records information in customer systems, and coordinates with internal teams. The work supports customer satisfaction, retention, and business development while helping improve service operations.

What you'll do

• Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions
• support order-to-cash and customer service management activities
• record customer contacts and follow-up actions in CRM
• address customer cases and complex queries
• coordinate with internal partners and supply chain
• support customer experience initiatives and continuous improvement
• use SAP and Service Cloud.
