General Laborer and Saw Operator

Job overview

The General Laborer and Saw Operator role is onsite in Rogers, MN, with a 6:00 AM–2:30 PM schedule and occasional Saturdays required. Compensation is $20 to $22 per hour, DOE. The role joins a manufacturing team preparing metal materials to meet production and quality requirements. The worker reads project specifications, operates cutting equipment, and measures and inspects materials. The role contributes to production by preparing components accurately while maintaining quality and a safe, organized work area.

What you'll do

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
• operate saws and other cutting equipment to prepare metal materials
• use hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments
• measure and inspect products against specifications
• conduct quality checks
• maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• follow company safety procedures.
